ONLINE VERSION

How many people can access the site?
You can add up to 100 people as long as you have provided them with login credentials.

Is there a long term commitment?
IntraNet is a pay as you go service. There is no long term contract to sign. If you cancel you will be billed for that current month and you won’t be billed again.

Can I pay for a year in advance?
Yes, Contact our billing department to prepay for the year.

What if I require more then 5 Gigabytes of storage?
Additional storage can be purchased in 5 GB blocks for an additional $99 per month. If you require over 100GB we also provide dedicated servers that can offer 100+ GBs of storage space.

What if I require more then 100 users/publishers?
Vialect also offers a dedicated server option that can handle thousands of users/publishers and is still hosted by Vialect. Contact sales for more information.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and we can also invoice your company. Just let us know what works best for your company and we will try and accommodate.

Do we own the software?
Yes, your company will own the software.

How many people can access the site?
The number of people who can access the site is unlimited as long as you have provided them with login credentials.

Are there any monthly charges?
No, The server version is a one time fee.

Are there any yearly charges?
An optional yearly upgrade/support package is available for $1500

Can I have multiple installations of IntraNet?
No, Our licensing system is bound by server IP address and only allows one installation per server.
